Welcome to Later Creator. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website and participating in our programmes. Please read them carefully. By using our site or enrolling in any Later Creator programme, you agree to these Terms.

Later Creator is operated by Later Creator Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Services
Later Creator provides training and support programmes designed for individuals considering starting or developing a business later in life. Programmes may include:
- Access to e-learning modules
- Advisory sessions with an Enterprise Guide
- Use of tools and simulations (e.g., Entrepreneurial Skills Index)
- Community events and resources
We may update or change the content of our programmes from time to time to improve the service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over to purchase and participate in Later Creator programmes.
- Programmes are intended for personal and educational use only and must not be resold, shared, or used for commercial training without our written consent.
4. Orders & Payment
- Programme fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cooling-off period: If you purchase a programme online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content or begun advisory sessions.
- Once you access the e-learning platform or start your sessions, you lose the right to cancel and no refund will be given.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled advisory session, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to rearrange. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
6. Access to Digital Content
- When you purchase a Later Creator Discover programme, you will receive access to our e-learning platform (LearnUpon) for a period of up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
- When you purchase a Later Creator Accelerate programme, you will receive access to both our e-learning platform (LearnUpon) and the Entrepreneur Skills Index game by myNexus for the same 3-month period.
- After this period, your access will automatically end unless you choose to extend it.
- You may extend access for a further 3 months only, for an agreed cost. Access can only be extended once.
- After the maximum 6 months (initial 3 months + one 3-month extension), access will permanently expire.
- Access is provided to you personally. You must not share your login details or allow others to use your account.
- We aim to ensure the platforms are available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Enterprise Guide Sessions
- Your programme includes one-to-one sessions with a Later Creator Enterprise Guide.
- You have up to 3 months from the date of your subscription to complete all of your allocated advisory hours.
- If you are unable to complete the learning or use all your hours within this time, please contact us before the end of the 3-month period. We will review the situation and confirm whether an extension is possible and the appropriate charges that may apply.
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to guide availability.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to rearrange. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials, including videos, guides, tools, and resources, are the property of Later Creator Ltd or our licensors.
- You may use them for your personal learning only. Copying, sharing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Later Creator programmes are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.
- We make no guarantees that completing a programme will result in business success.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Later Creator Ltd is not liable for any loss of profit, business, or consequential damages arising from use of our programmes.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to Programmes or Terms
We may update programme content or these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply from the date of posting.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
